  2. You could incorporate a CUE file containing the markers and the track list in the downloads, thanks.

    2. I'm really glad to see that there are people left (just like old me) who care about CDs and CD players (I guess this is the only need for a cue file, right?). It gives me more pleasure, because many record companies have stopped printing CDs (e.g. Yazoo) and sell only digital files (flac or mp3) on their site (e.g. Folkways, providing no cue or log files of course). So, please let us all buy at least one or two CDs per month of our favorite music, or else CDs and CD players will disappear...
Concerning cue files: Of course, it's very easy to burn a perfect (and accurate rip verified) CD-r without using a cue file. I have downloaded many CDs riped by Marc and I have burnt perfect, accurate-rip verified CDr-s.
However, there is free and easy to use suite of tools for lossless audio/CUE sheet format conversion and verification. It is called CUETools and you can find it here: http://cue.tools/wiki/Main_Page

  3. You can see this type of file on the disk of the
Big Bill Broonzy - Black, Brown and White disk when unzipped.

A cue sheet, cue sheet or . cue file is a Unicode text file that specifies how the data tracks are laid out on a compact disc.

    1. Well i'm happy that my friend Tolis has Cue files , i already ripped my entire collection of several thousands of Cd's with Itunes and i really have no time to do it again , My Lp collection of over 1700 albums isn't completely ripped , i'm still working on rip it to lossless (i use Audacity) . I am so sorry i love Blues but i am not going to change my way of sharing music . So for Cue and don't have no clues
